Hi, my name is Marek, and I’ve been a trainer for over 20 years in the health and fitness industry. I specialise in helping individuals rebuild their health and fitness from the ground up. As a postural specialist and correct movement expert, I focus on postural improvements and biomechanics training to improve performance and reduce pain.

 

Many of my clients, dealing with busy and stressful lifestyles, benefit from my personalised approach to fitness and health. Through online fitness coaching, I provide flexible and tailored support, addressing your unique needs to help you move better, feel stronger, and live a healthier, more fulfilling life.
