It is very rare to find someone as deeply knowledgeable as Marek across such a wide range of health and wellbeing disciplines. Marek is a first class personal trainer , a highly qualified and experienced nutritionist and an expert in biomechanics /injury recovery. Over the years he has been invaluable in helping me stay physically and mentally fit.
For example at one point in my mid 40s I was in such pain from my lower back that I had more or less given up my passion for cycling. I felt resigned to accepting that perhaps my age and the injury meant that I would just have to let it go.

I tried it all!
All possible diets ,training forms with high and low intensity for prolonged periods of time as well as mixing it all up yet nothing worked .
My body shape was not changing and most of the time I would end up feeling exhausted physically and mentally drained.
