With over 22 years of experience in injury rehabilitation, biomechanics and performance training, I help busy professionals rebuild their bodies, eliminate pain and maintain long-term physical resilience.
Many of my clients come to me after years of discomfort, unsuccessful training programmes or advice that never addressed the real cause of their problem.
My work focuses particularly on shoulder injuries, back problems, postural dysfunction and recovery after surgery, helping clients restore strength, mobility and confidence in their bodies.
