The Experience Behind Rebuild
With over 22 years of experience in personal training, sports therapy and injury rehabilitation, I help busy professionals and athletes restore pain-free movement, rebuild structural integrity and maintain long-term physical performance.
Based in Central London near St Paul’s, my work focuses on helping individuals overcome pain, improve posture and restore the way their body moves and performs.
My Background
My background combines science, rehabilitation and performance training. I studied Chemistry at Silesian University, which gave me a strong understanding of the physiological and biochemical processes that influence health and recovery.
Over the years I expanded my education into functional medicine, biomechanics, nutrition and human performance, allowing me to approach rehabilitation and training from an integrated perspective.
Earlier in my career I lectured anatomy to personal trainers across the UK for Virgin Active, helping educate the next generation of trainers on the structure and function of the human body.
My Philosophy
The body functions as a balanced structural system. When posture deteriorates or movement patterns become inefficient, the body gradually compensates. Over time these compensations often lead to pain, injuries and reduced performance.
My approach focuses on restoring the structural integrity of the body first, allowing strength, movement and performance to improve naturally.
“The body rarely breaks suddenly — it slowly compensates for years. My role is to restore the structure so it works the way it was designed to.”
My Personal Injury & Recovery Journey
Much of my professional approach has been shaped by my own experience with injury and recovery.
Over the years I experienced several physical challenges including shoulder impingement requiring surgery, upper and lower back disc herniations and postural dysfunction that developed gradually through years of training and work demands.
At one stage I also experienced adrenal exhaustion, which forced me to reassess how I approached training, recovery and long-term health.
Rebuilding my own health required focusing on posture, biomechanics, recovery and metabolic health, principles that now form the foundation of the work I do with clients.
Experiencing injury and recovery firsthand gave me a much deeper understanding of what many clients go through — both physically and psychologically — when rebuilding their health and confidence in their bodies.

Many of my clients have continued working with me for over a decade, rebuilding not only their strength and mobility but also their confidence in what their bodies can achieve.
