ABOUT ME

REBUILD YOUR HEALTH WITH A PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINER

With over twenty years of experience in the health and fitness industry, my aim as a personal fitness trainer is to help people reach their full fitness and health potential.

RebuildYourHealth refers to my life experience working with clients whose health and fitness have been impacted by various, common lifestyle factors.

 

The majority of my clients lead busy and often stressful professional lives.

 
They tend to have issues in common:  
•    lifestyles that  inevitably impact health & wellbeing 
•    aches, pains and injuries, which can be serious and chronic
•    frustration that they are not as fit and healthy as they used to be 

​

With my knowledge and expertise not only as an expert gym trainer but also in nutrition and the hormonal system that underpins much of all of our health, I work with my clients to rebuild their health and fitness quite often from scratch.

​

As a postural specialist, I also help clients improve their body alignment, reduce discomfort, and move more efficiently, all of which are essential for lasting fitness results.

​

 

My job as a personal fitness trainer is to support them on their journey to becoming healthier, fitter and often very much more happy.
